Presentation
Both operators operate LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) storage and bottling sites. Tonnages are now received by trains, both terminals have been equipped with facilities specialised in receiving the cargo by lorries or railcars. The last maritime imports were in 2010. The corresponding unloading berth facilities were removed in 2015 (by that time ships were restricted to max 120 m length x 22 m beam x 8 m draft).
• FRANGAZ is a subsidiary of VITOGAZ FRANCE and RUBIS Group. The site delivers 15,000 tonnes of Propane and Butane annually to professional customers as well as to retail distribution.
• ANTARGAZ belongs to the American group UGI which claims 25% market share in France. The site is specialized in the filling of of bottles and LPG tanks. It has a underground storage of 3,000 m3.
