Our terminals are designed to handle a wide range of goods, with the appropriate infrastructure to facilitate efficient loading, storage and handling.
Vrac solide

Dry bulk and general merchandise

Every year in the port of Port la Nouvelle 250,000 tonnes of bulk and general cargo are handled.

These are mainly raw materials and semi-finished products: minerals, animal feed, fertilizers, cement products, recycling products, industrial goods and vehicles. New port facilities, currently under development, will soon support the development of these traffics.

Vrac liquide

Bulk liquid

The Port of Port-La Nouvelle is active in several non-oil liquid bulk sectors: vegetable oils for bio-fueling, synthetic fuels (HVO), ethanol incorporated into E5 and E10 fuels, urea in solution (Ad-Blue), food-grade alcohols and miscellaneous products.

Vessels operate 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Together, these products represent around 150,000 t per year.

Terminaux & Infrastructure

Green hydrogen terminal

The Hyd'Occ plant will soon start producing green hydrogen to meet local mobility and industrial needs. By 2030, production will increase to 6,000 tonnes (50 MW). The site will contribute to the development of a low-carbon port energy ecosystem.

Floating wind terminal / MRE

Port-La-Nouvelle plays a key role in marine renewable energies with a terminal specialized in the construction and assembly of floating offshore wind turbines.

ZAL

As part of its extension, Port-La Nouvelle boasts a 70-hectare logistics zonededicated to industrial and logistics projects linked to port activities.

Located in the immediate vicinity of the terminals, the ZAL offers optimal conditions for reducing costs and transit times, thanks to its strategic location. It also incorporates a "rail-port" zone, facilitating rail and sea transport of goods and enhancing the site's multimodal efficiency.
